1. About Our Store

Our store specialises in custom-printed apparel, including graphic t-shirts for pet lovers. All products are produced on a print-on-demand basis through our fulfilment partner, Printify. We serve customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our store, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colours, sizing, and print placement. However, please note the following:

• Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished product, depending on your monitor's calibration.

• All products are made to order — no two items are produced in advance or held in stock.

• Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5 inches) are considered within acceptable tolerance and do not constitute a defect.

• We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD (for US customers) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our authorised payment providers. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

We will not be held liable for any currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Processing & Production

Because every item is custom-printed on demand, please allow the following timeframes:

• Production time: 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

• Standard shipping (US): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Standard shipping (UK): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• Total estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days.

These timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, your order enters the production queue and cannot be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation within this window, please contact us immediately at [support@tinytail.store].

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As all items are produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We will offer a full refund or free replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Custom & Personalised Orders

We offer custom design services upon request. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use any images, artwork, or text submitted to us.

• The design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

• You grant us permission to reproduce your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We reserve the right to decline any custom request that we consider to be offensive, unlawful, or in violation of third-party rights.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described therein. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and relevant US state privacy regulations.
